Bulamu Access Foundation is a registered NGO and has mandate to operate around Uganda with its headquarters in Kampala.

Bulamu Access Foundation implements three (3) programmes in line with the strategic goals including; 

• Antenatal and Postnatal Care services
• Sexual and Reproductive Health Services
• HIV/STDs Prevention and Management

To ensure that all Ugandans living in rural and marginalized communities have access to free and affordable life changing Medicare services.
