Improving the lives of families/individuals/seniors who reside at affordable (low to moderate income) apartment communities.

The goal of Portfolio Resident Services’ "Good Neighbor Program " is to impact the residents of local tax-credit communities through diverse programs that provide learning enrichment, life skills and community development. Many of these residents are in great need and our program provides the hope, skills and encouragement to change lives.
