The Dispute Resolution Center of Tri-Cities (DRC of Tri-Cities) is a private, nonprofit, court-approved dispute resolution center serving Benton and Franklin Counties in Washington State. As part of a statewide network of Dispute Resolution Centers connected through Resolution Washington, the DRC provides professional mediation, facilitation, training, and education services to individuals, families, businesses, and community organizations. With a track record of successfully mediating over 3,000 cases, the DRC is committed to offering high-quality, low-cost dispute resolution services using a facilitative, interest-based co-mediator model. The organization is staffed by dedicated professionals and trained volunteer mediators, and charges for services are significantly less than private mediators, ensuring broad access to justice for the communities we serve.
