Since our formation in 1985, the Midtown Association has facilitated the thoughtful growth and preservation of Midtown, enriching the lives of visitors and community members. As the owners association for two Property Business Improvement Districts (PBID) and two Restaurant Business Improvement Districts (BID), Midtown Association is the organization behind many incredible landscaping and lighting projects, efforts to keep our community clean and safe, and acts as the voice of the community to create a vibrant and lively neighborhood full of character.
