Rainbow Children Foundation

The Rainbow Children Foundation exists to build and safeguard a free, fair and open society, in which every child enjoys the fundamental rights of liberty, equality and community, and in which no child is enslaved by poverty, ignorance or conformity. The Foundation champions the freedom, dignity and well-being of every Nigerian child and respects their right to develop their talents to the full.

Our mission is to improve the lives of less privileged children and to advance a culture that promotes a good and healthy life for every Nigerian child.

To achieve this, the Rainbow Children Foundation provides and facilitates the provision of basic education and vocational training for disadvantaged children. It provides material relief for children in need, especially those in conflict or disaster areas and produces educational radio and television programs that promote the physical, mental and emotional development of children as well as strengthen family life.

In addition, the Foundation provides professional training, management and technical support for child welfare providers and volunteers, as well as participates in child-related researches and projects.
