Sharpstown Civic Association

The Sharpstown Civic Association (SCA) is a 501(c)4 non profit organization with voluntary membership. The work of the Association is done by volunteers and is funded through membership dues and contributions.

2. Architectural Control
3. Mosquito Fogging
4. Neighborhood Beautification Programs
5. Monthly general meetings providing programs of interest to the residents
6. Delivery of community magazine
7. Special Projects That Benefit Sharpstown Residents

SCA’s prime goals are to protect the property values, keep the neighborhood pleasing to the eye, and encourage a safe, diverse neighborhood that people want to live in.
