Beyond The Hard Hat Inc. was founded in April 2024 and designed to support residents in the Metro Atlanta area (DeKalb County) to pursue skilled trade professions as a pathway to a variety of opportunities including sustainable careers and long-term economic security.

Through collaborative partnerships with local school districts, trade organizations, and corporate sponsorships, Beyond The Hard Hat utilizes collective allegiances to align with our mission to educate, advocate, and mentor the next generation of skilled professionals.
