Sinakekele Children is a ministry to abandoned babies and Aids orphans.
We run a transition home for abandoned and orphaned babies. We provide a safe and loving environment for the babies and toddlers whilst they await adoption, placement with a foster family or reunification with their biological families.
We also run a recreation centre and library for the children in the rural impoverished are of Oakford / Osindisweni.
