- 5H Fellowship is a gift-based community of service that opened its doors in 2014 and incorporated in 2018.
- We are a not-for-profit religious organization dedicated to helping adults and communities grow.
- We equip individuals to identify and activate their unique gifts while concurrently addressing real human needs in small Homegroups℠ that provide evidence-based supports, psychoeducation, and spirituality.
