Mayla Pediatric Cancer Foundation

Mayla Pediatric Cancer Foundation supports teens, tweens, and young adults affected by pediatric cancer and sickle cell disease. We provide care, comfort, and advocacy through meaningful programs that uplift patients, empower families, and honor the memory of Mayla, a courageous young warrior.

Founded in 2023, Mayla Pediatric Cancer Foundation is based in South Florida and serves pediatric cancer and hematology patients, primarily ages 10 and up, including young adults still receiving pediatric care. Our mission is grounded in compassion, community, and equity—delivering in-kind support, emotional care, milestone celebrations, and career-readiness programs to underserved patients and their families.

We also work to raise awareness about childhood cancer and sickle cell disparities through advocacy and community engagement. Our programs include Get Well Soon baskets, the Courage and Care Warrior Program, Pathways to Success, and seasonal giving events. Whether we’re bringing joy to a hospital room or guiding a teen through career exploration, we believe no family should walk this journey alone.
