Fair Lawn Jewish Center

The Fair Lawn Jewish Center/Congregation B’nai Israel, an established and thriving 500-family Conservative egalitarian congregation, is seeking a Synagogue Administrator. The Synagogue Administrator will work closely with the rabbi, cantor, educators, front office and bookkeeper, head maintenance person and staff, as well as the exclusive caterer and volunteer leadership to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of the synagogue and maintenance of the facility. The Synagogue Administrator will also interface with current and prospective members, manage the budget and implement fundraising efforts.
