We offer a variety of services and programs for adults and youth, including well-woman care, support for unexpected pregnancies, and education on parenting and healthy relationships that foster dignity, courage, and confidence. Our goal is same as our mission statement - to empower women, and honormen through education,resources, and wholistic life-affirming healthcare.

Guiding Star El Paso was originally founded as House of Hope over seventeen years ago to provide a safe haven and free care for women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in the Southwest Central El Paso in 2005, and in 2007 we began providing limited obstetrical ultrasounds. We have had exponential growth in our education programs. We offer a number of education classes that very from puberty to parenthood.
