Grand Futures is the only dedicated source of substance abuse prevention activities in Grand, Routt and Moffat Counties in Colorado.
Our Mission: To create and support healthy, positive lifestyle choices as alternatives to substance abuse in our community.
Our Vision: Healthy communities where positive lifestyle choices are the norm.
Programs offered by Grand Futures are designed to enhance protective factors and reverse risk factors associated with Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug (ATOD) use. We rely on current research showing that effective prevention efforts must utilize multiple strategies, be long-term and target diverse segments of the population.
