CareNet RI is a Christian pregnancy resource center that supports women facing unplanned pregnancies by offering options counciling, pregnancy testing, limited first trimester ultrasound, parenting classes, childbirth classes, material support and free doula and lactation services. We also offer post abortion counciling. All of our services are free and confidential. We do not refer for or perform abortions.
