Visions, a 501(c )3 Non-Profit organization began its organizational structure in 2007 while implementing its first program, The Jasper L. Williams Scholarship Fund. Visions became a corporation under the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2008, also receiving its exemption from the US Internal Revenue Service. At such time, five other components took shape with a full implementation of The Mission Center, our Therapeutic Horse Center plus the Worship & Teaching Arm of the Ministry. Visions' is based in the Commonwealth of Virginia expanding to the State of Georgia in 2011.

We are a Faith-Based Ministry operating our programs nationwide. Within our Mission Center you will find programs such as "Jay's Table" - a food & housing program; "The Well" - a needs based program; plus our "Off The Track" counseling and mentorship assistance program. The therapeutic horse ranch is for special needs children, while the scholarship program gifts high school seniors entering their first year of college.
