Northwest Behavioral Health Services - Jax FL

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for children, adults and their families who are experiencing mental health problems and/or substance abuse problems, social maladjustment, and other at-risk behaviors.

Northwest Behavioral Health Service is a private, not-for-profit corporation that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF). Additional NWBH is state certified as a mental health agency and is licensed by the Dept. of Children and Families as a provider for substance abuse treatment.

Intensive On-site Therapy, and Telehealth Services is available to deliver our Behavioral Health Services safely over the phone or video chat.

Board Certified Psychiatrist provide evaluations, medication management psychotherapy to participants in our outpatient and community support programs
