Global Wager

We are a creative, nonprofit virtual staffing agency that doubles as an innovative young professional development program. We have two big goals: we cultivate an empowered young global workforce and we strengthen social businesses with cost-effective and creative young talent. We build relationships with social businesses and young professionals to learn the key needs of each. We then connect businesses to the talent they need, and young professionals with the development they desire. We are there every step of the way, through recruiting to onboarding to orientation, and we even provide optional first-level management support. We aim to build lasting relationships with our social businesses and professionals, and make lasting impact in the lives of the next generation of global changemakers.
