SAVING PAWS RESCUE OF FLORIDA INC
Missão
Saving Paws Rescue of Florida, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit rescue. Our focus is rescuing dogs and cats that have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. We provide them with food, medical care, love and attention while they await their permanent home.
Sobre Nós
We began our mission in 2016 in an effort to help rescue unwanted dogs and cats in our local community. At this time, we primarily focus on cats because the need is so great in the Polk County area. We participate in TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, & Release) programs in partnership with the Polk No Kill Coalition.
We have succeeded in adopting out approximately 300 cats and kittens over the duration of our existence.
The majority of our cats come from feral colonies. We are in need of volunteers to help with socialization to prepare them for adoption.
In the fall of this year, we will partner with a cat cafe in Lakeland, where we will be showcasing some of our cats for adoption. We will be needing volunteers for this venture as well.
