To promote economic independence and encourage professional aspirations, particularly among orphans and youth with special needs in Africa, by providing financial assistance and resources for vocational skill training and formal education, through partnerships with foundations, organizations and individuals.

StepUp Ed was registered in Ghana as a nonprofit organization in 2022 (and subsequently in the United States of America as a 501(c)3 in 2023). Driven by our core values and recognizing the power of partnerships in addressing systemic inequities in education access for children with special needs, we partner with foundations, philanthropists, schools, communities, and local governments to:
