PWM’s mission is to educate and train women, men and youth to enhance their socio-economic development by engaging them in income generating activities. PWM also hosts free workshops on topics of civic and human rights issues in rural areas of Ghana, with the aim of creating awareness and empowering individuals. The main focus of the organization is on vocational training. PWM provides training at two vocational sites: one is for the production of gari (from cassava) and the other is for cloth decorating including batik and tie dye. The centers are located in Wusuta, Volta Region and Nnudu, Central Region.
