The Matriarch, Inc.

The mission of The Matriarch, Inc. is to serve as the adhesive between young ladies residing in traditional homes with those residing in foster care. The organization will serve as a sisterhood for girls ranging from ages 10 to 18.

The Matriarch was birthed by a women who saw an intense need in the community and was led to take action to reclaim the young ladies of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Many young ladies find themselves bombarded with conflicts, both internal and external, with no clear avenue towards the solutions. That led founder Tiffanie McNeill to develop The Matriarch, Inc., an organization that caters to young ladies from different backgrounds and circumstances. The Matriarch has a special desire to help young ladies in the foster care system find peace in knowing they’re not alone in the various trials they face; those in traditional homes have some of the same concerns!
