Harriet Tubman School for Leadership and Enterprise

Our goal is to provide our children with an opportunity to ignite their own brilliance and expose them to “true” education. True education empowers and teaches the recipient how to be self-sufficient. We are organized to give everyone involved inspiration and provide conditions conducive to the development of their imaginative and creative intelligences. While we will utilize a common core foundation our emphasis is education in leadership and entrepreneurship through the study of business, chess, archery, African history, Yoga and, the facilitation of SOLE circles. We have selected activities that aid in cognitive development, creativity, self-confidence and, self-discipline.
