Second Hope Circle is a website that helps special needs and hard to place pets through promotion, education and funding. The website features animals from participating shelters and rescues in Ontario. The website also features articles and resources to help Ontario pet owners and animal nonprofits. We hope to increase the adoptability of harder to place animals by getting them as much exposure as possible, educating pet owners on the importance of spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership and supporting Ontario animal organizations.
