The Marine Issues Committee of the Ecology Action Centre, Nova Scotia's oldest environmental organization, works to ensure the conservation, protection and restoration of the marine ecosystem, as well as maintaining sustainable fisheries and vibrant coastal communities, on a local, national and international scale.
