We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
Company Overview
We harness the power of running to help 3rd-8th grade girls develop the social and emotional tools to cope with the challenges of adolescence.
Teams meet twice a week after school during each 10-week season. Trained volunteer coaches work with our amazing girls as they learn to avoid risky behaviors and cope with issues like bullying, peer pressure, negative body image and negative self-talk.
