The organization aims at providing a forum for Nigerian women leaders to network among themselves. It also aims at providing a forum for experience sharing through the internet for community development.
The network works through a group of CEDPA's alumni to enhance capacity of women leaders and create opportunities for potential women leaders. The network through participatory methods developed a website for information sharing
This initiave is being supported by Women Leadership Program of CEDPA through funding from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundations
