Greater Hands Foundation

Greater Hands Foundation was born out of Passion to liberate the vulnerable groups in Cross River State. Women were dying annually from pregnancy-related complications that could be prevented through targeted and sustained public health awareness campaigns, increased availability of family planning services and training for health care providers. Environmental and human rights deterioration, new HIV infections and Teenage pregnancies/sexually transmitted diseases were also a concern in the state. Over the years, GHF has affected the lives of community members positively through effective community mobilization, outreaches, Sanitation and hygiene, demand creation for health facility services uptake for pregnant women and women of reproductive age, has promoted accountability in governance in Cross River State.
