Youth & Teen Renovations

The mission of Youth & Teen Renovations is the pursuit of the following principles: Commitment, Responsibility, possibility, and support by providing a helping hand with the renovation of the mind, body & and; soul of at-risk inner-city youth and teens.

Youth and Teen Renovations is a nonprofit agency providing mentoring, character development and

Educational programs for primary, middle, and high school youth and teens in the Greater Lehigh Valley

area, starting in Allentown. The program will form partnerships with local school districts, the juvenile

court system, and other youth programs. Youth and Teen Renovations' the goal is to foster a commitment to

young people that will promote positive social friendships, and strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a

sense of hope for a successful life by the time our youth leave the program. Only through personal

relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be reestablished that will give youth the

commitment to follow through on the path to adulthood with a sense of pride and

accomplishment.

Through repeated failures in the classroom and the development of destructive habits, at-risk

young people have lost faith in the possibilities that await them if they are successful in putting their lives

together. To accomplish this goal, young people must be in a caring, inclusive learning

the environment that promotes their best effort and reinforces personal respect and learning

style
