Bridge of Hope is a trauma-informed organization that works with single-parent families facing homelessness. Bridge of Hope is a Christian faith-based organization whose mission is to engage Christian faith communities in ending family homelessness through neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love. In a three-way partnership, the family, case manager, and a group of volunteers from a local church commit to a two-year program designed to foster safe and sustainable housing as well as strength and resilience for the family.
