The Baltimore Area Council serves over 15,000 youth supported by 6,000 adult volunteers through the Scouting program in the five county greater Baltimore service area. The Council has a full-time staff of 26 and an annual operating budget of $5M. The Council is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 65 local business and community leaders.
