The mission of Jubilee Arts is to provide opportunities in the arts to enrich the social, spiritual, and creative life of the residents in the Sandtown-Winchester, Upton and surrounding areas of Baltimore.
Jubilee Arts offers programming in dance, visual arts, creative writing and ceramics in partnership with the Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore Clayworks, area artists and writers, and dancers.
