Awakened Hearts Foundation is dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed behavioral health, addiction recovery, and community wellness services that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to bridge gaps in care by combining evidence-based practices with integrative approaches that empower individuals, families, and communities to heal, recover, and thrive. We are committed to creating accessible pathways to recovery, resilience, education, and long-term wellness for underserved populations throughout Fresno County and beyond.

Awakened Hearts Foundation was created from a deep understanding of the growing need for ethical, compassionate, and accessible behavioral health and recovery services within our communities. Our organization was founded by professionals with extensive backgrounds in healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, addiction treatment, trauma recovery, education, and holistic wellness who recognized the urgent need for more connected and human-centered care.

We believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. Many individuals struggling with mental health challenges, trauma, substance use disorders, homelessness, grief, chronic stress, or life instability often face barriers to receiving quality support. Our goal is to help bridge those gaps through trauma-informed care, recovery support services, integrative wellness programs, community partnerships, education, and advocacy.

Our long-term vision is to develop a full continuum of care that includes behavioral health services, recovery housing, outpatient support, integrative wellness programs, life skills education, peer support, and community outreach initiatives. We are passionate about helping adolescents, adults, seniors, veterans, and underserved populations find hope, stability, empowerment, and sustainable healing.
