Missão
We believe in educating, empowering, and connecting powerful, ambitious, hilarious, and talented women in the comedy industry with resources that foster their professional development and advancement. Through our online and real life community we promote the creation of personal relationships, business relationships, and mentoring relationships in order to advance and increase women's voices, presence, and pay scale in the comedy industry.

Women In Comedy is a non profit 501(c)3 headquartered in the comedy mecca of the United States - Chicago, IL.
We're excited to announce the opening of a new chapter in Seattle!
Our organization runs solely on volunteer efforts and donations. We are an inclusive organization providing free and low cost resources to women and girls seeking paid careers in comedy. We are establishing chapters of female comedians in all cities to create the first and only international professional network of comedic women and resources for women working in comedy (or aspiring to!).
