YEM is dedicated to creating comprehensive long term solutions that give young people in high risk environments real alternatives to violence and delinquency, while addressing the conditions that influence this self destructive life style. We accomplish this through our core early intervention programs which include: Blossom Program for Girls(“Blossom”), Counseling and Casemangement services, Job Readiness Training, educational support services and community organizing and involvement.
