Lipstick Angels' mission is to strengthen the dignity, hope, and self-esteem of individuals with cancer or other chronic illness

Lipstick Angels provides a clean-beauty and wellness program that restores dignity, hope, and self-esteem to cancer patients by offering personalized, oncology-sensitive beauty and skin care services in hospitals at patients' bedsides. Lipstick Angels programs allow hospitals to offer a holistic experience to their patients by addressing some of the physical and emotional struggles that arise on the cancer journey. So many patients experience dramatic physical changes, overwhelming emotions, and loss of identity. Lipstick Angels works within hospitals by offering patients and their caregivers the opportunity to experience a variety of spa services such as moisturizing facials, comforting hand massages, make-up applications---including rebuilding eyebrows---as well as the equally important opportunity for intimate connection, attention, and distraction from debilitating treatments.

Lipstick Angels creates a safe place for patients to feel special and to look and feel like themselves again, pampering them in the moment and also giving them the tools and the inspiration for self-care going forward, helping them to feel like a whole person and not just a person with cancer.
