Family Abuse Center

The Family Abuse Center exists to eliminate domestic violence in Central Texas by sheltering victims of domestic violence, and by preventing abuse from occurring through intervention and education.

The Family Abuse Center provides shelter to victims of domestic violence. We are a crisis center oriented program providing temporary emergency service. Our ongoing services such as individual counseling, job training, housing options and relocation, legal advocacy, court accompaniment, assiting and filing protective orders, crime victims compensation, emergency cell phones, community presentations, law enforcement trainings, parenting and group counseling are provided to residents and non-residents.
