The Folsom Cordova Community Partnership (FCCP) is a small, grass-roots social services 501 (c) (3) independent nonprofit organization, which was founded in 1992 [as the Folsom Cordova Schools Foundation] in collaboration with the Folsom Cordova Unified School District. We currently serve the cities of Rancho Cordova and Folsom and our headquartered in Rancho Cordova. Our mission is to mobilize and integrate resources that enhance the education, health and well being of children and families in our communities.
