Continuum Hospice Care is a specialized program of care for patients with end-stage disease. We believe that individuals should have the opportunity to prepare for the end of life in a way that is physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually supportive. We are looking for volunteers to serve patients in their home, residence (in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx) or at our Inpatient Unit at Beth Israel (16th Street, Manhattan) or help us in our offices. Companionship, reading, language, compassionate care, admin help are all needed. Training provided.
