Betsy Hodges for Mayor

Betsy Hodges for Mayor is the campaign that was founded to elect Minneapolis Ward 13 Councilmember, Betsy Hodges, as Mayor of Minneapolis. When Betsy joined the City Council seven years ago, she became a partner in Mayor Rybak's successful efforts to restore our finances, deliver responsible budgets, rebuild our streets, strengthen our neighborhoods and clean up City Hall. She's particularly proud to be the chair of the City Council's Budget Committee, where she watches carefully over every taxpayer dollar we spend. Now, Minneapolis is a city that works: a nationally admired city that is on the leading edge of financial responsibility, effective policing, strong neighborhoods and urban quality of life. Betsy intends to run for mayor because we need to keep moving Minneapolis forward.
