Parent Information Center of Delaware

PIC is the Parent Training and Information Center (PTI), and Family to Family Health Information Center for Delaware.

Under both programs, PIC provides parents of children with disabilities and special health care needs(birth - age 26) information, support and the skills necessary to become empowered, and effective partners in any health and/or educational decisions made for children and youth.
