Health Center Network of New York

The Health Center Network of New York (HCNNY) is a federally designated health center controlled network dedicated to ensuring that its members have the ability to effectively leverage information technology to provide high quality, cost effective, patient-focused primary health care to the communities they serve. HCNNY was founded in 2007 and today serves 18 member health centers across the eastern United States.
