The Queer Empowerment Project (QEP) builds communities, opportunities, and services to promote individual and social responsibility through advocacy, and education within the LGBTQ and HIV affected communities of Queens.

The Queer Empowerment Project (QEP) envisions a world where LGBTQ and HIV affected people have equal rights, are respected, and are free from all forms of violence.
