The mission of J.U.I.C.E. to address the root causes of juvenile crime by providing a safe center run by and for young people, focused on skill building in the arts surrounding hip-hop culture.

Our vision is to sustain a safe and permanent home for youth where the elements of hip-hop are used as a tool for social change, youth empowerment and art education.
