Missão
TAC’s mission is to eliminate the barriers to timely and effective treatment of severe mental illness (SMI) through advocacy, public education, and support for individuals and families affected by SMI.
Sobre Nós
TAC is the only national nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating barriers to the timely and effective treatment of severe mental illness (SMI).
While many nonprofits are committed to awareness and treatment of many mental health disorders, TAC purposefully has an exclusive focus on severe mental illness, as this population faces the most complex challenges and barriers to treatment within the mental health system. TAC offers advocacy programming, Helpline support, technical assistance and educational content to help people advocate for and navigate access to quality care.
