To combat homelessness and promote permanent housing, to provide necessary support counseling (mental, emotional), to assist in completing or furthering education, to network with businesses, companies and corporations for employment opportunities and internships, to create successful living plans with universal housing and provide affordable, safe and fair options, to provide preventive programs and empower people to live healthy, satisfying and productive lives in their communities, to solicit and receive contributions, purchase, own and sell real and personal property, to make contracts, to invest corporate funds, to spend corporate funds for corporate purposes and to engage in any activity " in furtherance of, incidental to, or connected with any of the other purposes"
