Missão
The mission of Bridge of Hope is to end and prevent homelessness for women and children with the help of trained Neighboring groups within Christian faith communities. Single mothers achieve permanent housing and financial stability through employment and attain stability and enhanced self-esteem through ongoing friendships with the neighbor group.
Sobre Nós
This is a 1-2 year program for single mothers experiencing homelessness who are moving towards life changes. It's a three way partnership between the mom, Bridge of Hope, and the trained neighbor group. The mom identifies her goals and Bridge of Hope provides professional case management and minimal financial assistance to the families. Bridge of Hope also provides training and ongoing support to the neighbor group. The neighbor group, from a local Christian faith community, provides tangible support to the family which morphs into genuine mutual friendships.
