WESTERLEIGH PARKS COALITION CORP
Missão
Westerleigh Parks Coalition was established in April 2017. Its purpose, in part, is to continue the legacy of a former organization, Friends of Westerleigh Park. The commitment of this prior organization was to maintain/enhance the park that is the centerpiece of the Westerleigh community – Westerleigh Park – and to sponsor social events for all to enjoy. In addition, the mission of the Westerleigh Parks Coalition is to maintain/enhance another park in the community – Northerleigh Park – a park that is on the perimeter of the community. With some tender loving care, it is the hope of the organization that this latter park will, in time, also be recognized as a jewel in the Westerleigh community.
Sobre Nós
Our organization, together with its predecessor organization, have been along for almost 20 years. We constantly strive to make our local parks better with various TLC efforts such as planting of grass, cleanups, painting, community events, gathering of leaves in the fall season, etc. Lending a hand to our organization is also a great way to get a free workout!
