SAMRUDHI Micro Fin Society (SAMRUDHI) is a not for profit organisation providing livelihood based financial services to the rural and urban poor. SAMRUDHI work swith poor to reinforce their efforts to rise, remain, above the poverty line. SAMRUDHI believes that the “poor are bankable”; they have “credit discipline”, and they have potential to improve income and productivity and can make profit. SAMRUDHI plans to scale-up its operations to reach 200,000 poor families by 2012. The long-term vision of SAMRUDHI is to cover at least 50 poorest districts of India.
