We are the union that distinguishes ourselves by empowering low wage-hospitality workers to lift themselves out of poverty by demanding fair wages for their work. With over 400,000 members in our International Union, we are at the forefront of the battle for workers rights, immigration reform, and living wages.

In Houston, and across the United States and Canada, our members in the hospitality industry are standing in solidarity to defend and raise their standards against abusive multinational companies.
