TURN Dreams into Reality. We are dedicated to Choice, Quality, and Respect for people with disabilities and those who support them.

The goal of the TURN City Center for the Arts Program is to empower people with disabilities to express themselves in artistic ways, and to experience and learn art forms in which they have not participated in the past. As this program develops, we look forward to forging many partnerships with members of the arts community and students of the arts. Through collaborative classes, projects, performances, and exhibits, we hope to help the people we serve and the local community to interact in a mutually enriching way.
